Welcome to our vendor application! Vendor fees are non-refundable at $40.00, but in the event of inclement weather, fees will be transferred. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so if you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your fee to another date with prior notice. Please note that no-shows will not be eligible to vend at future events.

Vendors are responsible for their own tents and tables, and spaces are 12×12 in size. For events other than Little Elm, spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you require electrical access, please consult with our staff upon receiving an approval email.

To ensure you receive important communication, please add to your email contacts. You can expect to receive an email within 48 hours of submitting your application. If you don’t receive one, please feel free to reach out to us via text at 469-625-8647.
